**TERMS OF USE / RESERVATION CONDITIONS

1. Reservation Management

Reservations are managed directly by EMMA S.R.L., which receives the information entered by the User and confirms the table.
The FloFood system (Refloo Srl) provides only technical support for sending and managing the reservation.

2. Deposits and Payments

For special events or set menus (e.g., New Year’s Eve, fixed menus, tasting menus), the restaurant may require:

• a deposit;

• full prepayment;

• a credit card pre-authorization.

The required amount is always clearly indicated before confirming the reservation.
For à la carte menus, any deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
For set menus or tasting menus, the deposit may cover all or part of the total cost.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Standard Reservations

Requests to modify or cancel a booking must be sent via email to:

Management is at the restaurant’s discretion.

3.2 New Year’s Eve Reservations with Deposit

Cancellations must be sent exclusively by email to latendarossa.firenze@gmail.com:

• by December 28 → full refund of the deposit

• from December 29 onward → deposit NON-refundable

• no-show → deposit retained

Seating Times – Important Information

Reservations scheduled before 7:30 PM, including the 7:30 PM time slot, guarantee the table until 9:15 PM.
All other reservations may keep the table until the end of service without time limitations.

4. Discounts and Promotions

Any discounts displayed in the form:

• are valid exclusively for the selected time slot;

• apply, unless otherwise specified, to the à la carte menu;

• may not apply to set menus, tasting menus, or special items.

5. Notes and Special Requests

Notes entered by the User:

• are used solely to organize the service in the best possible way;

• are not used for any other purpose.

Guests are advised to report any allergies or intolerances.

• manage the reservation;

7. Acceptance

By confirming the reservation, the User declares that they:

• have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;

• accept the Privacy Policy;

• accept any economic conditions (deposits, menus, discounts) indicated in the form.

Confirmations, communications, changes, and service organization.

b) Administrative and tax obligations
Management of payments, deposits, and accounting requirements.

Use of notes to optimize reception and table management.

Email or phone contacts related to the booking.

4. Legal Basis

• performance of the booking;

• consent for voluntarily provided information (notes);

• compliance with legal obligations.

5. Processing Methods

Data are processed:

• with electronic and/or manual tools;

• in accordance with GDPR security measures;

• via FloFood (Refloo Srl), acting as a technical provider without autonomous purposes.

6. Data Disclosure

Data may be disclosed only to:

• authorized restaurant staff;

• technical providers (support only);

• competent authorities when required.

Data are never sold or disseminated.

7. Data Retention

Data are retained for the time necessary to:

• manage the booking;

• fulfil tax and accounting obligations.

8. User Rights

The User may request at any time:

• access

• rectification

• deletion

• restriction

• objection

• portability

• a complaint to the Data Protection Authority
