TERMS OF USE / BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. Booking Management

Bookings are managed directly by MUSEO DELLA BISTECCA S.R.L., which receives the data entered by the User and confirms the table.
The FloFood system (Refloo Srl) provides only technical support for sending and processing the booking.

2. Deposits and Payments

For special events or dedicated menus (e.g. New Year’s Eve, set menus, tasting menus), the restaurant may require:

• a deposit;

• advance payment;

• a credit card pre-authorization.

The required amount is always clearly indicated before confirming the reservation.
For à la carte menus, any deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
For set or tasting menus, the deposit may represent all or part of the total amount.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Standard Bookings

Requests for modifications or cancellations must be sent via email to:

Management of changes is at the restaurant’s discretion.

3.2 New Year’s Eve Bookings with Deposit

Cancellation must be requested exclusively via email at: museodellabistecca@gmail.com

• By December 28 → full refund of the deposit

• From December 29 → deposit NOT refundable

• No-show → deposit retained

Important Information – Time Slots

Bookings scheduled before 7:30 PM, including the 7:30 PM slot, guarantee table availability until 9:15 PM.
All other bookings may remain at the table until the end of service, with no time limitations.

4. Discounts and Promotions

Any discounts displayed in the booking form:

• apply exclusively to the selected time slot;

• apply to the à la carte menu unless otherwise specified;

• may not apply to set menus, tasting menus, or special items.

5. Notes and Special Requests

Notes provided by the User:

• are used solely to organize the service as efficiently as possible;

• are not used for any other purpose.

Users are encouraged to indicate any allergies or intolerances.

7. Acceptance

By confirming the booking, the User declares that they:

• have read and understood these Terms;

• accept the Privacy Policy;

• accept any economic conditions (deposits, menus, discounts) indicated in the form.

Introduction

This privacy policy describes how EMMA S.R.L. processes the personal data of users who make a reservation through the online booking form or via the links provided on the website or on other platforms.

No sensitive data is requested or processed, except for information the User may voluntarily include in the notes field (e.g., allergies).

3. Purpose of Data Processing

a) Reservation management
Including communications regarding confirmations, changes, or any issues related to the reservation.

b) Administrative and financial requirements
Management of deposits, pre-authorizations, refunds when applicable.

c) Service optimization
Reading notes and preferences to properly organize the table and service.

d) Legal compliance
To comply with legal, fiscal, or regulatory obligations or requests from authorities.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Data is processed on the basis of:

• performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (reservation)

• User consent, when required (e.g., voluntary information entered in notes)

• compliance with legal obligations

5. Processing Methods

Data is processed using electronic and/or manual tools with appropriate security measures to ensure:

• confidentiality

• integrity

• availability of data

The system used to collect reservations (FloFood – Refloo Srl) acts solely as a technical service provider and does not access the data for its own purposes.

6. Data Sharing

Data may be shared exclusively with:

• internal staff responsible for managing reservations

• technical service providers managing the booking system (for technical support only)

• competent authorities, when required by law

Data will not be sold, published, or disclosed.

7. Data Retention

Personal data related to reservations will be retained only for the time required to:

• manage the reservation

• comply with accounting/fiscal obligations

• ensure proper service management

Data that is no longer necessary will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe and in any case not beyond statutory limits.

8. User Rights

At any time, the User may exercise the following rights:

• access to personal data

• rectification or update

• deletion (within legal limits)

• restriction of processing

• objection to processing

• data portability
