TERMS OF USE / BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. Booking Management

The booking is managed directly by TRE AMICI S.R.L., which receives the data entered by the User and confirms the table.
The FloFood system (Refloo Srl) provides technical support only, handling the transmission of the booking without any decision-making role.

2. Deposits and Payments

For special events or dedicated menus (e.g., New Year’s Eve, tasting menus), the restaurant may request:

• a deposit;

• advance payment;

• a credit card pre-authorization.

The required amount is always indicated clearly before confirming the booking.
For à la carte menus, any deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
For set menus or tasting experiences, the deposit may cover all or part of the total amount.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Standard Bookings

Requests for changes or cancellations must be sent to:

Changes will be assessed by the restaurant based on availability and internal organization.

3.2 New Year’s Eve Bookings with Deposit

Cancellations must be sent via email to:
osteriasanfiorenzo@gmail.com

• by 28 December → deposit refundable

• from 29 December → deposit non-refundable

• no-show → deposit retained

Time Slots – Important Information
Bookings scheduled before 19:30, including the 19:30 slot, guarantee table availability until 21:15.
All other bookings may remain until the end of service, without time limitations.

4. Discounts and Promotions

Any discounts shown in the booking form:

• apply only to the selected time slot;

• generally apply to the à la carte menu;

• may not be valid for set menus, tasting menus, or special items.

5. Notes and Special Requests

Notes entered by the User are used solely to organize the service.
Guests are encouraged to clearly indicate any allergies or intolerances.

6. Processing of Personal Data

• manage the booking;

7. Acceptance

By confirming the booking, the User declares that they:

• have read and understood these Terms;

• accept the Privacy Policy;

• accept any economic conditions (deposits, menus, discounts) indicated in the booking form.

Data is processed using:

• electronic and/or paper-based tools;

• appropriate security measures;

• the technical support of the FloFood platform (Refloo Srl), which does not use the data for its own purposes.

• authorized internal staff;

• technical service providers for operational support;

• competent authorities in case of legal obligations.

Data will never be sold, shared, or disseminated.
