TERMS OF USE / BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. Booking Management

The booking is handled directly by PANE E VINO S.R.L., which receives the information entered by the User and confirms the table.
The FloFood system (Refloo Srl) provides technical support for sending and managing the booking and has no decision-making role.

2. Deposits and Payments

For certain events or special menus (e.g., New Year’s Eve, set menus, tasting menus), the restaurant may request:

• a deposit;

• full prepayment;

• a credit card pre-authorization.

The required amount is always clearly indicated before confirmation.
For à la carte menus, any deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
For set or tasting menus, the deposit may represent all or part of the total amount.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Standard bookings

Changes or cancellations must be requested via email:
trepepifirenze@gmail.com
Management is at the restaurant’s discretion.

3.2 New Year’s Eve bookings with deposit

Cancellations must be made exclusively via email to trepepifirenze@gmail.com

• by December 28 → deposit refundable

• from December 29 → deposit NON-refundable

• no-show → deposit retained

Timed seating – Important information
Bookings scheduled before 7:30 PM, including the 7:30 PM slot, guarantee the table until 9:15 PM.
All other bookings may stay until the end of service with no time limitations.

4. Discounts and Promotions

Any discounts displayed next to the time slots:

• apply only to the selected time slot;

• apply to the à la carte menu unless otherwise specified;

• may exclude set menus, tasting menus, special beverages, or particular items.

5. Notes and Special Requests

Customer notes:

• are used solely to help organize the service;

• are not used for any other purpose.

Guests are encouraged to indicate any allergies or intolerances.

6. Personal Data Processing

The data provided are used exclusively to:

• manage the booking;

7. Acceptance

By confirming the booking, the User declares that they:

• have read and understood these Terms and Conditions;

• have read and accepted the Privacy Policy;

• accept any economic conditions (deposits, menus, discounts) indicated in the form.

5. Methods of Processing

Data are processed through:

• electronic tools and/or paper records;

• adequate technical and organizational security measures;

• the technical support of the FloFood platform, without autonomous purposes.

Data may be disclosed only to:

• authorized restaurant staff;

• technical providers for operational support;

• public authorities if required.

Data are never sold or disseminated.

7. Data Retention

Data are stored for the time necessary to:

• manage the booking;

• fulfill fiscal and administrative obligations.

The User may request:

• access to their data

• rectification

• deletion

• restriction
