TERMS OF USE / BOOKING CONDITIONS

1. Booking Management

The booking is managed directly by GUSTAVINO S.R.L., which receives the data entered by the User and confirms the table.
The FloFood system (Refloo Srl) provides technical support only for submitting and managing the booking.

2. Deposits and Payments

For special events or dedicated menus (e.g., New Year’s Eve, set menus, tasting menus), the restaurant may require:

• a deposit;

• full advance payment;

• a credit card pre-authorization.

The required amount is always clearly indicated before confirmation.
For à la carte menus, any deposit is deducted from the final bill.
For set menus or tastings, it may represent all or part of the total amount.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Standard Bookings

Changes or cancellations must be requested via email at:
bkgroup1@gmail.com

The management of changes is at the restaurant’s discretion.

3.2 New Year’s Eve Bookings with Deposit

Cancellation requests must be sent to: bkgroup1@gmail.com

• By December 28 → deposit refundable

• From December 29 → deposit not refundable

• No-show → deposit retained

Time Slots – Important Information
Bookings scheduled before 19:30 guarantee table availability until 21:15.
All other bookings may remain until the end of service, without limitations.

4. Discounts and Promotions

Any discounts displayed in the form:

• are valid only for the selected time slot;

• generally apply to the à la carte menu;

• may not apply to set menus, tastings, beverages, or special items.

5. Notes and Special Requests

Notes entered by the User:

• are used exclusively to organize the service;

• are not used for any other purpose.

It is recommended to indicate any allergies or intolerances.

7. Acceptance

By confirming the booking, the User declares that they:

• have read and understood these Conditions;

• accept the Privacy Policy;

• accept any financial terms indicated in the booking form.

5. Processing Methods

Data are processed using:

• electronic and/or manual tools

• security measures compliant with the GDPR

• the FloFood system as a technical provider without autonomous purposes

6. Data Disclosure

Data may be disclosed exclusively to:

• authorized restaurant staff;

• technical service providers (support only);

• competent authorities when required.

Data are never sold or disclosed to third parties.

7. Data Retention

Data are retained for:

• the time necessary to manage the booking;

• fulfilment of administrative and tax obligations.

8. User Rights

The User may request:

• access

• deletion

• restriction
